MINAS TERMS OF SERVICE (Education, Training, and Community)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, programs, trainings, communities, and related services offered by Minas (“Minas,” “we,” “our,” “us”), including any subdomains and any online communities hosted on third-party platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (if posted). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

2) What We Provide (Education Only)

Minas provides digital education, live trainings, and community access related to topics such as technology, artificial intelligence, digital assets, and digital security.

No Financial, Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, legal, or tax decisions.

Risk Disclosure (Crypto / Digital Assets)

Digital assets (including cryptocurrencies) involve substantial risk and volatility. You may lose some or all of your funds. Past performance, examples, or case studies are not guarantees of future results.

3) We Do Not Custody Funds

Minas does not:

hold, store, custody, or control your funds or digital assets;

operate as an exchange, broker-dealer, money services business, or wallet custodian; or

execute trades or transactions on your behalf.

Any tools, platforms, exchanges, or wallets referenced are third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

4) Purchases, Billing, and Subscriptions
Pricing and Currency

All prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency. Taxes may apply depending on your location and the nature of the product/service.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

If you purchase a subscription or recurring plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation Policy (3-Day Notice)

To avoid renewal charges, you must submit your cancellation request at least 3 days before your next renewal date.

] with the subject line “Cancel Subscription” and include the email used at checkout. If you have an account dashboard with cancellation controls, you may cancel there instead (if available).

If you cancel on time, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds (see Refunds below).

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access until payment is successfully processed. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts due.

5) Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by law.

6) License to Use Our Content

Unless otherwise stated in writing, when you purchase or access the Services, Minas grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You do not acquire ownership rights in any content, materials, or intellectual property.

7) Intellectual Property and Restrictions

All content and materials provided by Minas—including videos, trainings, slides, worksheets, templates, community posts (by Minas), brand elements, logos, and course structure—are protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree you will not, directly or indirectly:

copy, record, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, transmit, or create derivative works of the content;

share login access or allow others to access your account;

resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or content;

scrape, crawl, or harvest data/content from the Services;

use the Services to build a competing product or service.

We reserve the right to take legal action and seek damages and injunctive relief for violations.

8) Community Guidelines (Conduct)

If you access any Minas community (including third-party platforms), you agree to maintain respectful conduct.

You may not post, share, or transmit content that is:

illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive;

harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or abusive;

sexually explicit, obscene, or violent;

invasive of privacy or containing personal/sensitive data (including financial account numbers, passwords, security credentials);

spam, unsolicited promotions, or malware.

We may remove content, restrict participation, suspend, or terminate access for violations without refund, to the extent permitted by law.

9) User Content and Testimonials

If you submit content (comments, testimonials, photos, videos, messages, or other materials), you represent you have the rights to do so.

You grant Minas a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your submitted content for business purposes, including marketing, unless you request in writing that we do not use identifiable information.

Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.

10) Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may reference or link to third-party platforms (e.g., community hosts, payment processors, exchanges, wallets, AI tools). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, or security.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11) Disclaimers (No Warranties)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minas and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minas’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid to Minas in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minas from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

your use or misuse of the Services;

your violation of these Terms;

your violation of any law or third-party rights; or

your content or conduct in the community.

14) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or engaged in harmful conduct.

Upon termination, your access ends immediately. Any outstanding payment obligations remain due. Refunds are not provided except where required by law.

15) Governing Law and Venue (Ontario, Canada)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute not subject to mandatory consumer protections will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
