Your notice must include the following:
1. Your Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including a URL or proof of original ownership where possible.
3. Identification of the Infringing Material
A description of where the infringing material is located on our platform (include direct URLs or sufficient detail for us to locate it).
4. Your Contact Information
Including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy and Authority Statement
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter Notice.
Your counter notice must include:
* Your physical or electronic signature
* Identification of the material that was removed and its original location
* A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
* Your name, address, and contact details
* A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court
Upon receiving a valid counter notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original claimant files legal action.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Minas Academy reserves the right to terminate access to users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Important Legal Notice
Filing a false DMCA claim is a serious legal matter. Under U.S. law, knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified legal professional before submitting a DMCA notice or counter notice.

Enforcement and Discretion
Minas Academy acts as a neutral intermediary and will process DMCA notices that meet legal requirements. We do not make legal determinations regarding ownership but will comply with applicable law.
